We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice.
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Used or damaged items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products damaged due to improper use by the customer

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund process will begin.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the wrong or damaged item was delivered.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for damaged or defective items, subject to product availability.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Refund Rejection

Refunds may be refused if:

  • The returned item does not meet return conditions
  • The return request is made after the allowed return period
  • The product is missing parts, accessories, or original packaging
